Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 May 2026. These Terms govern your use of realz.com and your Realz Casino account. By creating an account, you accept the Terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

1. The Parties

"Realz", "we", "our" and "us" refer to the operator entity holding Curacao eGaming licence 1668/JAZ, with its principal place of business in Curacao and an authorised AU correspondence representative listed in the footer of realz.com. "You" and "your" refer to the account holder.

2. Eligibility

You may open an account only if all of the following are true:

  • You are 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration.

  • You are a resident of Australia, and your residential address provided at sign-up is in Australia.

  • You are not on the BetStop national self-exclusion register, nor on a voluntary self-exclusion at any other licensed operator that we are obliged to honour.

  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

We do not offer services to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, or any other jurisdiction in which our licence does not permit operation. Use of a VPN to evade the geographic restriction is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure and forfeiture of bonus winnings.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One account per person. Detection of a duplicate account via KYC, IP, or device fingerprint match results in closure of the duplicate and reversal of bonus winnings from the duplicate.

3.2 Account ownership is not transferable. You may not lend, sell or assign your account, and you may not allow another person to play on it.

3.3 Information accuracy. You warrant that the personal information provided at sign-up is accurate and current. You must update it within 14 days of any material change.

3.4 Security. Choose a password of at least 10 characters with one number and one symbol. Two-factor authentication is enabled by default after first login. You are responsible for activity on your account that occurs while authenticated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and KYC

4.1 Deposit methods are listed on the Banking page. All deposits are credited in AU$. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the rate quoted at confirmation time.

4.2 Withdrawals are returned to the original payment method where regulation permits, otherwise to a method registered in your name.

4.3 KYC trigger: verification is required before your cumulative lifetime withdrawal crosses AU$2,000. Required documents: government ID, proof of address (≤90 days old), proof of the payment method used. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested above AU$10,000 cumulative deposit.

4.4 Withdrawal caps: single transaction max AU$10,000; daily cap AU$10,000 (AU$25,000 at Diamond VIP); monthly cap AU$60,000 (AU$150,000 at Diamond VIP). Maximum single payout per win event: AU$50,000. Wins above AU$50,000 are paid in AU$50,000 instalments, weekly, with no fee.

4.5 Pending withdrawal review applies to approximately 3% of withdrawals, with a median resolution of 4 business hours. Reasons are listed on the Banking page.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 The full mechanics of each promotion are on the Bonuses page. These Terms govern where the promotion page is silent.

5.2 Max bet during active bonus: AU$5 per spin or 5% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets above the cap forfeit bonus winnings derived after the breach. Cash stake on those rounds is returned.

5.3 Game weighting for wagering: pokies 100%, video poker 50%, live tables 10%, blackjack/roulette 5%, sports bets excluded.

5.4 Bonus expiry is stated per promotion; uncleared bonus and bonus winnings expire at the deadline.

5.5 Bonus abuse — coordinated multi-accounting, betting above the cap, or using prohibited strategies (martingale-style on covered roulette numbers) — triggers a manual review. Confirmed abuse forfeits bonus winnings; cash stake is returned.

6. Fair Play and Game Outcomes

6.1 Game outcomes are produced by certified RNG software supplied by our game studios, audited annually by an independent test lab (iTech Labs).

6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome displayed in your browser and the outcome recorded on the game server, the server record is authoritative.

6.3 If a game disconnects mid-round, the round closes server-side. The result is applied to your wallet when the device reconnects.

7. Dormant Accounts

7.1 An account is dormant after 12 months of no login, deposit or withdrawal.

7.2 From month 13 onward, a maintenance fee of AU$5 per month applies until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated by a successful login. The fee does not draw the balance below zero.

7.3 Upon written request, balances under AU$5 in a closed dormant account are refunded at our cost.

8. Account Closure

8.1 You may close your account at any time from Account → Responsible Play → Close Account, or by emailing [email protected].

8.2 Closure SLA: 5 working days from request. The cash balance (excluding active bonus credit) is returned via the original payment method.

8.3 Permanent self-exclusion is treated as account closure with a minimum 12-month re-opening lock. Re-opening requires written request and is not guaranteed.

9. AML, Fraud and Sanctions

9.1 We comply with FATF AML guidance and Curacao licensing rules. Suspicious activity reports are filed where required.

9.2 We may freeze an account, request additional documentation, or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or sanctions exposure.

10. Liability

10.1 Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the casino is limited to the cash balance in your account at the time the claim arises, or AU$10,000, whichever is lower — except where AU law expressly prohibits such limitation.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

11. Disputes

11.1 Internal complaints follow a 14-day SLA as described on the Contact page.

11.2 External escalation routes to the Antillephone licensing authority in Curacao. The applicable governing law is the law of Curacao, with the Australian Consumer Law overlay where it applies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect, with the option to close the account if you do not accept the change.
